Jannie Jordaan has spent over 15 years at the intersection of technology, data, and business strategy and he's seen firsthand what happens when innovation meets reality.

Before founding Agnostic AI, Jannie served as Executive Head of Product and Innovation at Ctrack, a global telematics company. There, he built and led teams across product management, data science, analytics, and UI/UX design. He created the company's first Data Science department, led the development of patented solutions, and assisted in international business acquisitions and integrations across four continents.

But it was in that role that he noticed something troubling.

Businesses everywhere were excited about AI. They'd seen the demos. They'd heard the promises. But when it came to actually implementing AI that worked , reliably, in production, delivering measurable results  - most were stuck. They were either locked into expensive vendor platforms that didn't fit their needs, or they were drowning in proof-of-concepts that never made it past the pilot stage.

Jannie believed there had to be a better way.

That conviction led to Agnostic AI. A company built on a simple premise: AI should work for your business, not the other way around. No vendor lock-in. No endless pilots. Just autonomous AI agents that execute real tasks, deliver real value, and run in production.

When Jannie isn't building AI systems, you'll find him spending time with his family, staying active at the gym or on the padel court, or unwinding with video games. He's driven by curiosity to always discovering new things that life can offer.

He also co-created South Africa's largest single-platform video gaming community, a passion project that brought thousands of gamers together,  proof that building communities and connecting people is something he cares about beyond the boardroom.
